I personally use Goo Blender 4.1 (PC)Adobe Photoshop for Editing/Post Processing (PC)Substance Painter for texturing my own models.(PC)Adobe After Effects for Video Editing (PC)
How did you make your genshin oc?
I use an existing Genshin Impact face from any of the characters and add a base of my choice, and I model the hair and clothes myself mostly.(Please remember to take your time if your learning blender and making models🙏🏻As I cannot teach you personally)
